Modula’s automated technologies are designed and built to operate simply and efficiently – even in the most challenging industrial environments. All products are equipped with Copilot  – a graphical user interface with a touch screen, full colour display, and intuitive icons, to making the learning process straightforward for new operators.

In line with ergonomic principles, Copilot is placed next to the bay where goods are picked and put-away, and at the correct height. This positioning prevents accidental damage, and interference with components and goods – a potential risk if Copilot were placed elsewhere on the machine.

When companies have minimum available floor space, the internal bay is the perfect solution. The external bay offers the ideal ergonomic working environment for operators picking heavy-load goods. Companies can use internal and external bay configurations, depending on how often the machines will be used.

The dual bay configuration allows for higher productivity, by reducing operators’ waiting time between trays. The next tray reaches the operator just seconds after the prior operation is completed, creating an efficient continuous rotation.
